Gas Flexible S/S Hose – 450mm – Suit Single Cylinders – 1/4 NPT M
From April 1st 2022 new gas installations in caravans and boast must be supplied with the new LCC27 connection for cylinders not exceeding 25L water capacity.
LCC27 is the acronym for the Leisure Cylinder Connection Type 27.
It is a new valve with an external thread that incorporates an internal check valve to prevent the flow of gas from the bottle if no connection is made.
Because of this feature, the TYPE 27/LCC27 valve will eventually replace the current POL fittings found on 4 & 9 kg gas cylinders.
The new style fitting attaches to the LCC27 valve using the outside thread, rather than the inside.
It is easier to attach due to the large plastic nut and is screwed on in a clockwise direction.
